About the Event
As a result of losing her daughter to alcohol poisoning in 2008, California mother Debbie Allen created an educational foundation, Shelby's Rules, to inform students and parents of the little-known danger of death caused by alcohol poisoning that can occur in a very short time with a surprisingly small amount of alcohol.
Debbie Allen will share with us her story and tips she learned on how to react to underage drinking.
